Delivery fees starts at $10 for orders under A$200 and takes 3-5 business days from shipment date. Free shipping for orders over A$200.

Orders received after 11:00 AM will be packed on the following day. Orders received before 11:00 AM are typically packed the same day.

After your order is paid for and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor when your order is dispatched and scheduled for delivery to your residence. If delivery is unsuccessful (no one is home), you can pick up your goods from your local Australia Post office. To check your order status, use the tracking number and link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Our parcels and packages are completely discreet. There are no details about the contents or Super Cheap Cigarette visible on the exterior of the box or satchel. We recognize that everyone's situations vary, and we prioritize discreet packaging. You can confidently receive your parcel at your home or office, as there will be no indication of what's inside.

For smaller orders, we utilize moisture-resistant mailbags to provide protection against tears and punctures. For larger orders, we opt for robust cardboard boxes filled with packing peanuts. These boxes are securely sealed with heavy-duty packaging tape to ensure safe delivery of your items.

We do not accept any refunds, returns or exchange​ due to the nature of our products, health regulations, and legal restrictions. Each order is carefully packed and inspected before shipment, cases of defect or missing items are extremely rare. That said, if you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Once packages are transferred to our shipping subsidiaries, Super Cheap Cigarette relinquishes liability for any further handling or delivery issues.
