SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Which courier do you use?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping fees start from A$10, with FREE shipping on orders over A$200.


When will my order arrive?

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. For customers located in Western Australia, please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days.

Kindly note that once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier and are outside of our control.


How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched. You may use this to monitor your delivery at any time.


What if my order is delayed?

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur. If your parcel has not arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact our support team and we will promptly assist you.

At this time, we do not offer credit card, Afterpay, PayPal, or other online payment methods.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before payment is processed. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate the request before it is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, as well as health and regulatory requirements, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each order is carefully inspected and securely packed prior to shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
